Overview

FloatClock (悬浮时钟, "the App") is a product provided by Hong Chengjin ("hocgin", "we"). This policy explains what information we may collect and use when you use the App, how it is stored and protected, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

The App works without an account. To provide its features we may process:

Log information — device and usage data collected through the App and third-party SDKs (for example ad SDKs), used to keep the service working and to show you ads.

Time-sync requests — when you enable time-source syncing, the App sends standard NTP or HTTP requests directly to the time server you choose. Those requests contain no personal data.

Optional iCloud sync — if you enable it, your memo data syncs through your own iCloud account, which Apple governs under its own privacy policy.

How we use information

To provide and improve the App's features, ensure service security, display ads that support the free version, and evaluate and improve ad performance.

Storage and sharing

Personal information of users within mainland China is stored in mainland China, and is currently not transferred or stored across borders.

We do not actively share personal information with third parties, except with advertising partners for ad delivery and measurement under data-protection agreements, or where you explicitly consent, or as required by law.

Your choices

You can refuse or manage cookies and similar identifiers through system settings. A membership is available to remove ads. You may stop using iCloud sync at any time in Settings.
